A.B.C.S = This class will improve your balance by challenging your abdominal muscles and strengthening your core using a wide variety of challenging exercises.
BLT = This class will tone and tighten your lower body concentrating on your butt, legs, and thighs using weights, bands, balls, and steps.
BOSU Circuit = This workout combines high intensity cardiovascular routines with balance and stability for a fast paced full body challenge.
Cardio Fit = Get your heart rate up in you FAT BURNING RANGE (Target Heart Rate) and keep it there while working major muscle groups with various exercises. This class is a great way to train and improve your cardiovascular endurance.
Core and More = This class concentrates on development of the deep and superficial muscles that stabilize, align, and move the trunk of the body, especially the abdominals and muscles of the back.
Fit Ball = This class using the stability ball is designed to work you from head to toe and have a BALL while doing it!
Fuel Over 50 = This class is a low impact class designed to give a full body workout complete with cardiovascular and muscular strengthening exercises for people over 50, or for people just beginning on their fitness journey.
Pilates = is a core workout. The muscles around the mid belt of the body are excercised to improve posture, and strengthen core. Various exercises will provide toning and tightening from head to toe making this a complete full body workout.
Fit Ball = You'll have a ball taking this 60 minute class and will be surprised how hard you're working from head to toe just by using the ball.
REPS = (Resistance, Endurance, Pump and Strength) = This is a resistance training workout. The one hour class is designed to work all major muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominal, gluts, etc.) using weights and/or resistance equipment. The purpose of this class is to increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.
SPIN = This cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spin class will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.
Splish Splash = A fun water aerobics class designed to tone and tighten your muscles using your body and the water to achieve a rock hard body!
Step It Up = Designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, while strengthening and toning your lower body. This class incorporates intervals of resistance training and aerobic intervals deigned to keep your workout challenging and different!
Tae Bo® Fitness = A program that combines the best of a variety of different exercise disciplines to provide an overall workout. It is the combination of self-awareness and control of martial arts, the focus and strength of boxing, and the grace and rhythm of dance.
Total Body Boot Camp = A military style class that intervals cardio and strength training exercises. This class is sure to work every muscle from head to toe and make you sweat!
Total Body Sculpt = A class designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, burn fat and improve cardiovascular endurance by hitting all major muscle groups with various exercises, at a wide range of intensity while using a wide variety of equipment.
Uppercut = A class designed to tone and strengthen the entire upper body using a wide variety of equipment, and exercises.
Yoga = A class designed to tone, strengthen, and align the body. Specific postures are performed to make the spine supple and healthy and to promote blood flow to all the organs, glands, and tissues, keeping all the body systems healthy. Yoga is a low-impact activity that uses only gravity as resistance, which makes it an excellent physical therapy routine. Certain yoga postures can be safely used to strengthen and balance all parts of the body.
Yoga-Lates = A combination of yoga stretches and pilates moves, this class is about the core. We will be concentrating on the muscles in the mid area of the body. You will improve your posture, flexibility, and look taller, leaner, and balanced. In this class some yoga poses are done with movement to music. If you like moving to dance music, you will enjoy this class.
Zumba® = The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
PLEASE NOTE: Proper footwear is recommended for all classes to give you lateral stability and support, as well as helping you to perform your exercises injury free. Proper footwear is especially recommended for anyone with knee, ankle, or lower back issues. Please talk with your group exercise instructor prior to class if you have any problems with certain exercises or movements. An alternative or modification will be made.
